    We treat customer information as confidential and will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment, nor enable others to do so. We are honest and impartial in our thought, services and approach.
     

  • Sincerity
    We are sincere in offering our services to the best of its value that benefits customer without unrealistic inflated expectations.
     

  • Commissions and Financial Interests
    We never accept benefits in any form from a third party without transparently disclosing to the client. We voluntarily allow access to all such information to our client that the client considers relevant.
     

  • Assignments
    We only accept assignments for which we have unobstructed access to necessary knowledge, skills and competence.
     

  • Conflicting Assignments
    We do not involve in serving in potentially conflicting situations without bringing into the knowledge of our customer(s).
     

  • Conferring with the Customer
    We ensure that before formally accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan, and fee(s) arrangements has been established, and that any personal, financial, or other interest which might influence the conduct of the work has been disclosed or mutually sorted out.
     

  • Recruiting
    We do not ask an employee of a customer to involve against gains of any type without prior discussion with the customer.
     

  • Approach
    We act in assignments & professional matters as a faithful agent or trustee for each employer, peer or customer.
     

  • Other Management Consultants
    We ensure that any individual or organization carrying out work with us or on our behalf is conversant with and abide by this Business Ethics.
